Youth Tournament
Monday, June 16, 9 am - 1 pm @ Austin Pickle Ranch
The youth tournament is divided into two divisions, Beginner and Advanced. Up to 10 teams of 2 can sign up below for either division. ​
Details: There is no charge to enter the tournament. Lots of freebies / givewaways + medals & prizes for 1st/2nd/3rd. DUPR is not required to enter the tournament. You can self-select "Beginner" or "Advanced" (no sandbagging, please). Match results will not be recorded in DUPR - this is a "just for fun ... and bragging rights :-)" tournament. Teams can be any mix of gender (the signup website says "Coed" which means boy/boy, girl/girl, or boy/girl). Space is limited to 20 teams total (10 teams each division). You can sign up without a partner and we'll try to match you with one. Tournament format will be round-robin (every team plays each other) - then the top 4 teams will advance to the medal round. Winners receive a medal. Winners of the Advanced division qualify to "Play with the Pros" at Rosewood Park on June 19, at noon. Kobla is the lead pickleball pro at Lifetime Fitness South Austin. A highly-rated doubles and singles pickeball player, Kobla regularly participates in tournaments around Texas. He also organizes tournaments for Lifetime, and is looking forward to running the Youth and Adult tournaments for Juneteenth + Pickleball!

The adult tournament is intended primarily for the pickleball community that plays regularly at Rosewood Park. The tournament will be held on Saturday morning, June 14, at Rosewood. It will be in coordination with the Rosewood Park Juneteenth activities held that day.​
